  • Identity data: name, NRIC/FIN/passport number, UEN (for corporate customers).
  • Contact data: email address, mobile number, mailing address.
  • Vehicle data: current vehicle plate number, LTA Access Code, logcard information, vehicle inspection reports.
  • Financial data: income documents, bank statements, Notice of Assessment (NOA), loan application details (for financing and leasing enquiries).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and cookies (see Section 8).
  • Communication data: records of correspondence, including emails and WhatsApp messages sent to us.

We collect personal data directly from you when you submit an enquiry form, request a quotation, apply for financing or leasing, arrange a trade-in valuation, or contact us via phone, email or WhatsApp.

3. Purposes for Collection and Use

We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing and responding to your enquiries, requests and feedback.
  • Providing vehicle purchase, leasing, financing and trade-in services.
  • Submitting loan or leasing applications to financial institutions on your behalf.
  • Conducting vehicle valuations and facilitating regulatory submissions with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore.
  • Sending you information about our products, services, promotions and events (where you have given consent or as permitted under the PDPA).
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Improving and operating our website and services.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may share your personal data with the following categories of third parties, only to the extent necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Financial institutions and banks — for processing loan or leasing applications.
  • Land Transport Authority (LTA) — for vehicle registration, transfer and related regulatory transactions.
  • Insurance providers — where applicable in connection with a vehicle purchase or trade-in.
  • IT and website service providers — including our website hosting platform (Netlify), which stores form submissions on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers — including lawyers and accountants, where necessary.

We require all third parties to handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. In general:

  • Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of last interaction.
  • Financial and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with accounting and regulatory requirements.
  • Vehicle-related records are retained for the duration of any applicable warranty or statutory period.

When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Subject to the PDPA and any applicable exceptions, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Withdraw consent to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes at any time.
  • Request deletion of your personal data where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the details in Section 9 below. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures include access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), and limiting access to personal data to authorised personnel only.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyse site traffic and support website functionality.
