Where is Accord Solutions located?

Our showroom is located at 48 Toh Guan Road East, #01-151/152 Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608586. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Appointments outside these hours can be arranged upon request.

Do you serve individuals or businesses only?

Our primary focus is on businesses — from SMEs to larger enterprises — that operate commercial fleets. That said, we welcome enquiries from individuals interested in our commercial EV offerings. Contact us and we'll advise you on the best available options.

What types of commercial EVs do you carry?

We offer a range of purpose-built commercial electric vehicles including cargo vans, electric minibuses, and last-mile delivery vehicles. Our current lineup includes models from Farizon, Higer EV, and BYD, with more models being added regularly. Visit our vehicles page for the full list.

What is the driving range of your EVs?

Driving range varies by model and load. Most of our commercial EVs offer a range of 200–300 km per charge under typical Singapore operating conditions. We recommend reviewing each vehicle's full spec sheet for accurate range figures, and booking a test drive to experience real-world performance.

Are your EVs LTA-approved for use in Singapore?

Yes. All vehicles we supply comply with LTA (Land Transport Authority) regulations and are registered for road use in Singapore. Our team handles the full registration and documentation process on your behalf.

Can I book a test drive before committing?

Do you provide after-sales support and servicing?

Yes. We provide after-sales support including technical assistance and access to authorised service centres. Our team is available to assist with any questions or issues that arise after your purchase or lease.

Trade-In

How does the trade-in process work?

Our trade-in process is straightforward:

  1. Submit your vehicle details (number plate, mileage, your contact info) via our trade-in form.
  2. Our team will assess your vehicle and provide a valuation.
  3. We present you with a transparent offer — no hidden fees.
  4. Once agreed, we handle the paperwork and transfer.

The entire process is designed to be hassle-free and transparent.

Is there an admin fee for trade-in?

No. We charge zero admin fees for our trade-in service, and the vehicle valuation is completely free. The price we quote is the price you receive — no deductions or surprise charges.

What types of vehicles can I trade in?

We accept a wide range of commercial vehicles including vans, minibuses, trucks, and lorries. Both petrol/diesel and electric vehicles are accepted. Private cars may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your vehicle details and we'll let you know if it qualifies.

How long does the valuation take?

Leasing

What is the minimum lease period?

Lease terms vary depending on the vehicle model and your business requirements. We typically offer lease periods starting from 12 months, with longer terms available for better monthly rates. Contact us to discuss the options that work best for your fleet needs.

Who is eligible to lease a vehicle from Accord Solutions?

Leasing is available to registered Singapore businesses (sole proprietors, partnerships, and companies). Applicants will need to provide business registration documents and undergo a standard credit assessment. Our team will guide you through the eligibility criteria during the application process.

Is maintenance included in the lease?

This depends on the lease package selected. Some of our lease plans include maintenance options that cover routine servicing and parts, while others are purely vehicle leases. We recommend discussing your preferred package with our team so we can tailor a plan to your needs.

Can I add more vehicles to my lease mid-term?

Yes. We support fleet expansion at any stage. Contact us when you're ready to scale and our team will arrange additional vehicles on terms consistent with your existing agreement.

What happens at the end of the lease term?

At the end of your lease, you have the option to return the vehicle, renew your lease, or upgrade to a newer model. We make the transition simple so your business experiences minimal disruption.

Financing

What financing options are available?

We offer flexible vehicle financing plans tailored for businesses. Options include standard hire-purchase arrangements with fixed monthly instalments over a set tenure. We work with financial institutions to offer competitive rates suited to commercial vehicle purchases.

What is the typical loan tenure for vehicle financing?

Financing tenures typically range from 1 to 7 years, depending on the vehicle and your preference. Longer tenures result in lower monthly payments, while shorter tenures reduce total interest paid. Our team will help you find the right balance.

How long does financing approval take?

Approval is generally fast. For straightforward applications, you can expect a decision within 1–3 business days of submitting the required documents. Our team will assist you in preparing a complete application to avoid delays.

What documents are required for financing?

Typical documents required include:

  • NRIC or passport (for individuals / directors)
  • Business registration (ACRA BizFile)
  • Latest 6 months' bank statements
  • Latest financial statements or tax assessments

Charging

What type of EV chargers do you offer?

We supply both AC chargers (7 kW – 22 kW) for overnight or workplace charging and DC fast chargers (60 kW – 340 kW) for rapid top-ups. Our chargers are suitable for commercial fleet depots, office car parks, and logistics hubs. Visit our charging page for full details.

Can you install chargers at my business premises?

Yes. We work with installation partners to deploy EV chargers at your premises. Whether you need a single charger or a multi-bay charging solution for a fleet depot, our team can advise on the right setup and facilitate the installation process.

What is the difference between AC and DC charging?

AC (Alternating Current) charging converts power inside the vehicle's onboard charger. It is slower (4–8 hours for a full charge) but gentler on the battery and ideal for overnight charging at depots or workplaces.

DC (Direct Current) fast charging delivers power directly to the battery, significantly reducing charge times to 20–50 minutes. It is best for vehicles that need rapid turnaround during the day, such as fleet buses or delivery vans.

Do I need a special electrical supply for the chargers?

AC chargers (up to 22 kW) can typically be connected to an existing three-phase supply. DC fast chargers require a higher-capacity electrical connection and may need an electrical assessment and SP PowerGrid approval. Our team will advise you on the infrastructure requirements during the planning stage.
